Charlie recently humbly requested the outing after many years ave the name changed to the Presidents Scholarship Cup.

Charlie wants us to be clear on the real benefactors of this fundraiser. They are the 1 to 3 students (and their ISA families) who benefit from receiving typically $1,000 scholarships every year. The outing is the primary source of funding for the chapter and only source for the scholarships.

Results

Charlie's team has run the outing for well over 30 years! In addition to raising money for our scholarships (every year!) it's a social event that brings out a large cross section of the automation community. It truly is a fun event for everyone and compliments the educational programs/meetings, tours, cross society events, etc. that happen throughout the year. Through the outing (and dinner for non-golfers) Charlie has managed to gather a group of additional leaders many of whom have stepped up in ISA leadership rolls.
